View All is the place to find surveys, invitations, and reports.
Note: The All tab now reads Active.
The View All page is a comprehensive listing of all completed surveys and pending invitations. The list is sorted with the most recent activity (newest) at the top to oldest at the bottom. The list is infinite scrolling. Keep scrolling to load more results. There is no need to select pages of results. The Date column represents the day a survey was completed or that an invitation as sent.
Search feature
If you are looking for an older survey, use the Search field to enter Name, Email, or Title. Click the search/magnifying glass icon or use the enter key. Surveys meeting the search criteria will replace the full listing of surveys.
Filter feature
The Filter feature allows the ability to narrow down the View All list based on several different options: date range (or use the presets, last 7days or Year-to-date), Folder, Report, Survey type (ProScan, Applicant, JobScan), Source (Manual entry, invitation, survey link, external API, Greenhouse API, BrassRing API), Highest Trait (Dominance, Extroversion, Pace, Conformity). Click on the Filter field to open the filter panel and select one or multiple criteria to filter on, and the list will narrow accordingly.
View a Report
Clicking the report name in the report column of the table will open a new tab and display the report. To view or print multiple reports for a respondent or multiple respondents in a single PDF, click a checkbox next to each individual's name for each report you wish to view, then click the View button in the action button bar (light orange).
