How to create a folder or a subfolder

Need to add more folders to your account for better survey management? Use the Add Folders feature!

To add a folder, click on User NameManage Folders. The manage folders page is scaleable to your business needs. You can go as deep or wide with your folder structure. 

How do folders help me in using PDP? The more people you survey, the more teams and JobScan modeling you will want to do. Saving individual surveys to a folder helps you organize your database of surveys. Folder structures could be by department, division, region, or whatever your organizational structure is. Expand your folder organizational layout by adding subfolders.

 

To add a folder, click the ... icon to the right of the main folder displayed in bold. See (1) below. Then select the Add Subfolder option.

Simply type in the new folder name and click the Add button.
