      How to grant access to users to see surveys and reports in PDPworks

      Have participants completed their certification courses and are ready to survey and leverage ProScan? Simply check the Grant Access to PDPworks checkbox!

      As a part of PDP's certification streamlining, once participants have completed the certification course and are deemed ready to survey and leverage report information, the ability to open the PDPworks Account for them is in your or your Rep's control.

      Steps to Grant Access

      1. Go to [userName] pulldown > Manage Users to see a list of all the active users in the account.

      2. Find the user to edit so they are able to access the appropriate surveys and reports based on their user certification rights. Once found, click on the user's row to open the detail panel for the user.
      3. Check the Grant PDPworks access checkbox. 

        Be sure to select which folder(s) the user can have access in order to save!

      4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save. The next time the edited user logs into PDPworks the appropriate menu items will activate so your user can begin experiencing the benefits of PDP!
