How do I use the eLearning enrollment Link

The eLearning enrollment link lets you send out one link to people to take the ProScan Survey and begin the courses the organization has purchased.

To find the eLearning enrollment link go to User Menu > Account Information > Certification & eLearning Courses

On this page you will see the course(s) purchased and the eLearning Enrollment Link you may copy.

When learners click on the link, it will bring them to a page that looks like this. Individuals will put in their First and Last Name and their email address.  Then, a Welcome email will be sent to the email address.

Learners will confirm their email address.

Learners will create a password and login.

Learners will see the course(s) available to them. They will be linked.

NOTE: If learners do not have a survey that completed within the last six months, they will be prompted to do so. If learners do have a recent survey, they will go on to the next step and not see this notification.

Learners will click to view the reports. When clicked, any reports needed for the course will automatically open in separate a separate tab!

Learners must return to this tab to begin the course by clicking on "Continue to Course" which will also open in a different tab.
