How to add funds to a Pre-Purchase Account

Funds getting low? Use the Add Funds feature!

Since Gold and Silver plans are based on the pay-per-report structure, you will be prompted to select which Pre-Purchase account to deduct report purchases from.

Adding Funds from the Dashboard

Although funds can be added on the fly, the dashboard provides a listing of all available pre-purchase accounts. A warning sign appears to indicate low funds. The available column lets you know the exact balance. Click the add funds icon (+$) to open the Add Funds panel.

The Add Funds panel displays the minimal information required to fund a pre-purchase account with a credit card. The pre-purchase account to fund is listed. If incorrect, click the down arrow and select the correct one.

The Amount to add value must be at least $1. Once entered, you will see the amount that will be Available after purchase

In addition to the billing address, there is the Email Receipt to field should you need to submit for reimbursement purposes.

Once the panel is filled out, click the Purchase Funds button.

Adding Funds on the Fly

If you did not notice the low funds alerts on the dashboard and get deep into processing an invitation, TeamScan, or JobScan, you can add funds on the fly!

Simply click the Add Funds icon and complete the Add Funds panel. See section above for details.

For security purposes, we do not keep a credit card on file for your Pre-Purchase Account. Thus, you will need to enter the credit card number and information each time you fund your pre-purchase account.
