Tired of seeing an used Pre-Purchase Account listed in your PPA selector? Use the archive feature to remove it from appearing all the time!
The ability to create multiple pre-purchase accounts to meet your organization's needs is nice but what happens if you no longer use that account, or funds are $0, and you want to remove it from the pre-purchase account selector?
Pre-purchase accounts can be archived at any time. From the dashboard, click Pre-Purchase Account header to access the Manage Pre-Purchase Accounts page.
Manage Pre-Purchase Accounts
From the Manage Pre-Purchase Accounts page, find and select the account to archive. Once selected, the Archive action button displays in bold. Clicking Archive will remove it from the listing to the Archived tab.
Archive the wrong account? No worries. Simply click on the Archived tab, select account to resurrect, and click Unarchive.
