No longer want someone to take a ProScan, Applicant, or JobScan Model survey? Learn how to archive an invitation!
Go to Surveys > Manage All Invitations. Or, if you are already on View All, click the Invitations tab. Either route gets you to the area to archive a survey invitation.
Select the invitation to archive and click the Archive action button. This will deactivate (retire) the invitation. If the individual attempts to complete the survey they will encounter a page with the message "That survey is no longer available."
If your account is a Gold or Silver plan, monies will be returned to the Pre-Purchase account.
Once a survey invitation is Archived it can not be unarchived. Create a new invitation.
