How to archive a survey link
No longer need a survey link? Learn how to archive a survey link!
Go to Surveys > Survey Links. Select the link to archive and click the Archive action button. Archiving will deactivate (retire) the link. If any individual attempts to complete a survey from the link, they will encounter a page with the message "That survey is no longer available."
If your account is a Gold or Silver plan, monies will be returned to the Pre-Purchase account.
Unlike survey invitations, once a survey link is Archived it CAN be unarchived.
