How to archive (or unarchive) a survey or report

Tired of seeing names of people who are no longer with your organization? Archive their survey so they no longer appear in the list!

When a respondent has more than one report, you may choose to archive one or more of the reports or all of that respondent's reports. When all the reports on the survey are archived, that survey is no longer available for new applicant match reports or as a new TeamScan member or JobScan contributor. Membership or contribution to existing TeamScans or JobScans is not affected.

Having a database of all your people is great, but when someone departs, it may be time to remove them from your active lists.

To remove respondents from your lists, go to VIEW > View All. Scroll and select (click the checkbox) each (survey/report/invitation) you wish to archive and click the Archive action button.

If you archive someone by mistake, go to the Archived tab, repeat the search/select process and click the Unarchive action button.

Archiving reports or completed surveys is reversible (via Unarchive). Archiving invitations (not yet completed surveys) will permanently inactivate the invitation link. An invitee clicking the link in their invitation will not be permitted to complete the survey and that survey cannot be resent. If you later want an individual to complete a survey, you will need to create a new invitation or send them an URL from a Survey Link.
