Asking open-ended questions makes the ProScan report come alive. Creating meaningful questions, however, can be a daunting task. Below is a list of questions categorized by report section.

Summary paragraphs, traits, and trait pairs

  • When do you find yourself exhibiting this style?
  • When do you use this style at work?

  • What jumps out to you as you read your report? Why?

Logic

  • Think of a recent decision you’ve made. Describe how you processed the decision and reached a conclusion.

Backup style

  • What takes place that causes that style to surface?
  • When do you exhibit your backup style?
  • When do you think about using your backup style but refrain for a better reaction?

Stress Adjustment

  • Can you think of when or with whom this happens, ____increasing/decreasing trait name___?
  • When do you find yourself needing to make that adjustment? With whom?
