Need a pre-purchase account to process surveys and reports? Use the create pre-purchase account feature!
To create a pre-purchase account, click the Create icon in the My Pre-Purchase Account widget.

The Create Pre-Purchase Account panel displays the minimal information required to create a pre-purchase account with a credit card.
Enter the name of the new pre-purchase account. This is the name that will display throughout the app when you process an invitation or a ProScan, JobScan, or TeamScan report.
Enter the dollar amount (must be at least $1). Once entered, you will see your new amount available once the purchase is completed.
In addition to the billing address, enter the Email Receipt to field should you need it for reimbursement purposes.
Once panel is completed, click the Purchase Funds button.
For security purposes, we do not keep a credit card on file for your Pre-Purchase Account. Thus, you will need to enter the credit card number and information each time you fund your pre-purchase account.
