Need to survey multiple people at one time or over a period of time? Use the Survey Link feature!
The survey link feature is an upgrade to the survey invitation. Whereas the invitation is only for a single use survey, the survey link allows you to survey as many people as you define.
Go to Create > Survey Link. There are three main sections to complete on this page: 1. Survey Link, 2. Choose reports, and 3. Reports/Notifications Delivery.
Survey Link column
Complete the following items in the Survey Link column:
- select link type: ProScan, Applicant or Friends & Family ProScan (information below)
- give the link a name,
- set whether the link is to expire on a specific date or not,
- set the number of surveys to allow,
- select the folder that completed surveys are to save to, and
- select the default language of the survey.
The notes field allows you to enter any comments about the link.
Note, Applicant survey links require selecting a JobScan Model to use as the benchmark for applicant matching reports.
The Friends & Family survey allows you to offer family members the opportunity to take a ProScan Survey through your account. It will not affect your account usage plan but will prompt the family member to pay using a credit card to obtain their report.
Choose Reports column
The Choose Reports column will display report options based on the Survey Link Type selected above. Here is a sample of each type.

Lastly, don't forget to click the Create Link button to save your hard work.
Using your new custom Survey Link
Congratulations, you are ready to start using your new custom survey link. Once created, you will be taken to the Manage Survey Links page. From there, simply click the Copy Link button and copy it into the body of your email or give it to your IT department to place on your website. For Applicant survey links, you can add them to your online job posting site (Indeed, Monster, etc.) and include them as a part of the hiring/screening process.
There is no limit to the number of survey links in an account.
