Survey invitation not received due to an incorrect email? Need to correct the spelling of the invitee's name? Use the Edit & Resend feature!
Go to Surveys > Manage All Invitations. Or, if you are already on View All, click the Invitations tab. Either route gets you to the area to edit & resend surveys.
Select the invitation to resend, then click the Edit & Resend action button. Or, save some clicking and simply click the row of the invitation to open up the invitation panel. Click the Edit & Resend Invitation button, edit the incorrect fields, then click Save & Resend Invitation button. Editable fields include First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Folder, and Language. Did you know PDP has the ProScan Survey available in 20 different languages? Selecting a language sends the invitation with a message in that language and the survey too. If you know that the invitee's native tongue is different than English, surprise them by selecting their language! Don't worry, reports are generated in English so you can read them!
