How to hide a folder

Tired of seeing a long list of folders you don't need anymore? Clean up your folder listing by hiding folders!

Folders are great for organizing surveys and reports. Saving members to a folder makes creating a team easier. Over time though, the folder listing can get long and exhausting to scroll through. When a folder is hidden, it no longer appears in folder selection panels and lists for any user.

To hide a folder, click on [userName] > Manage Folders. Find the folder to hide. Once found, click on the "..." icon and select Hide.

Once hidden, the folder will remain on the Manage Folder list should you want to Unhide and use again. Note surveys saved to hidden folders will remain in the folder. The hiding feature simply cleans up the listing in all folder selection panels and lists.

Only folders for which you have been granted access will have the "..." icon. Folders that do not have the "..." will not be included in your folder selection lists and panels.

Where to go:

[User Name] Manage Folders > click the "..." icon to right of folder name to hide > Hide
