Need to batch print reports? Use the View action button!
Note: The All tab now reads Active.
Whether you need to print a batch of ProScan, Applicant, JobScan Models or TeamScans, the View action button is your trusty source.
Go to the View page of the report types you want to batch print. Select all the reports to print and click the View action button. A browser tab will open with a single pdf of all the selected reports. Either print from the browser or download and print from Adobe Acrobat.
The example above is filtered by report: Personal Dynamics and the select all box is checked. Clicking the View action button would generate a single PDF containing all 18 Personal Dynamics reports in a new browser tab.
