How to request a Survey Data Transfer

Copies Surveys and Reports from one account to another.

Please email customer.success@pdpglobal.com with the following information to process a Survey Data Transfer:

1. Account Number (where the ProScan Surveys are currently)

2. Folder Name and ID

3. Account Number of where the surveys should be moved to

Example:

Hello, 

Please move the following ProScan Surveys, 

1. From PDP Global #0001-001.0

2. Example Folder ID 12345

3. To PDP Global 2 #0001-001.1

Surveys will then exist in both accounts (original and requested account). 

Once requested the Survey Data Transfer will be approved and invoiced at $250 per Transfer Request.
