Want to give someone a nudge to complete their survey invitation? Use the Resend feature!
Go to Surveys > Manage All Invitations. Or, if you are already on View All, click the Invitations tab. Either route gets you to the area to resend surveys.
Select the invitation to resend and click the Resend action button. Or save some clicks and simply click the row of the invitation to open up the invitation panel. Click the Resend Invitation button.
Invitee didn't receive the survey invitation? Check the delivery status. The example above shows Not Deliverable. See Edit & Resend feature.
