When Gold plans are activated, the maintenance fee setup step is required. The maintenance fee is a recurring charge based on the selection of monthly or yearly. Should you need to update the credit card on file, go to User Name > Account Information > Update Card button.
Fill out the Update Card panel field and click Setup Recurring Charge.
