Here's a quick breakdown of the reimagined row display for ProScans:

• Information—Respondent's name, survey completion date, contact email, and designated folder.

• Graphics—

  • ProScan with highest trait emphasized with colored ring

  • Satisfaction—green = high, yellow = average, and red = low

  • Energy Drain & Available Energy

• Reports—Organized into two distinct columns, Personal Reports and Management Reports, simply click the active hyperlinks to instantly open in a new browser tab, or use the download icon for a quick and easy way to send or save your reports.
• Resend Invitations—Even if an invitation is pending, it remains a ProScan, so we've got you covered by listing them as well, ensuring you never miss a beat on outstanding invites. Click the Resend Invitation button to review, edit, and resend your invites. Need to cancel? Just click the cancel icon to archive the pending invitation and free up any pre-purchase funds (exclusive to Gold & Silver plans).

The information line quickly identifies the version number and the quantity of contributors used to create the JobScan Model. The Integrated Insights showcases the JobScan Model graphic, revealing the profile patterns and ranges of acceptability for each position.

Until now, analyzing the contributor information required opening the model report. Now, you can quickly analyze the JobScan Model by selecting the 'Show More' arrow option, which unveils all contributor surveys below with their profile graphics. Key learning point: the JobScan graphics utilize squares to highlight the essential traits for each role, preventing any mix-up with the individual's authentic ProScan profile depicted in circles.
