How to troubleshoot issues with not receiving a Welcome Email from PDPworks

Did someone not receive their welcome email from PDPworks? Here are some options to troubleshoot the issue.

1. Check PDPworks - Username Users > Look at the status column.

  • Activated: The user has successfully logged in.
  • Pending - Welcome Sent: The welcome email previously sent. User has not activated account yet.

Welcome Email - Resend-1

Note: Only Key Contacts and Representatives can resend welcome emails.

2. If the welcome email was sent but not activated, have the user check their email inbox, SPAM, and if they use Gmail, the Promotions folder. 

3. Double check the user's email that was previously provided to PDP as shown in PDPworks is correct.

If the person is not in PDPworks, the email address is wrong, or the welcome email has still not been delivered to the user, please contact customer.success@pdpglobal.com
