Upgrading from a Silver account requires the Key Contact to be a certified PDP Professional.
Gold accounts require a maintenance fee (either monthly or yearly) that is set up in PDPworks with a credit card. Gold prices are lower than Silver.
Platinum accounts have several options for number of surveys and offer unlimited reporting in an annual contract. Pricing and details are available through your PDP Representative.
