Not finding the survey you need? Here are some troubleshooting options!
While searching for a Survey in the View All, the most common way to find a survey is by name (first and/or last name). Sometimes the survey you want will not load. Here are some options to help find that survey:
1. Spelling of name (a nickname could have been used)
2. Additional character " " like a space after a name could be the issue
3. Search by one name at a time
4. It might be in a different folder (if a specific folder has been selected in the filter)
5. Try searching by the email
6. The survey could be in a different account (if you had a previous account)
7. The survey might be under the archived tab
