Rep .0 Account ONLY - New Experience Release

This Rep release is designed to give you time to familiarize yourself with the New Experience version prior to releasing to client accounts (date TBA).

Some items are still undergoing final adjustments; however, we did not want to postpone the release. As new items become available, we will notify you via the Support Center notification bell, which will direct you to this article for the latest updates.

Here is a summary of the current items our developers are actively addressing: 

  • Dashboard:
    • Survey Status tile—pending Invitation and Survey Link graphics are working properly; need to add the ability for user to click on graphic or legend to take user to appropriate page
    • Account Activity—counts are not populating correctly with the Rep Release. Work is being done on this. Clicking the buttons for account activity are working.
    • Folder Activity tile—clicking on a folder will not display the correct list of surveys since the contract start date.
    • Representative dash tiles needing to be added to Representative Dashboard: Sales--Credit Card and Renewal Analyzer. Please toggle back to current version to see that information.
    • Usage graphic missing? Then there are no surveys processed in that account.
  • View Pages
    • Create icon for view pages—add icon and functionality for:
      • View TeamScans—add create and edit
      • View JobScan Models—add create and edit
    • Download CSV for view pages—add icon and download functionality
    • Sort icon—add icon and functionality
    • Pending Invitation
      • Fix status for undeliverable invitations
      • Add icon for pending inviations
