Updated: January 22, 2025 2:35pm MT This Rep release is designed to give you time to familiarize yourself with the New Experience version prior to releasing to client accounts (date TBA).
Some items are still undergoing final adjustments; however, we did not want to postpone the release. As new items become available, we will notify you via the Support Center notification bell, which will direct you to this article for the latest updates.
Here is a summary of the current items our developers are actively addressing ( ✅ indicates working, 🔲 indicates not working):
- Dashboard:
- Survey Status tile—
- pending Invitation and Survey Link graphics are working properly ✅
- graphic sections and legend are clickable and takes users to appropriate page and lists the correct information in rows ✅
- Account Activity—
- counts are correct ✅
- buttons link to appropriate view page listing correct rows ✅
- Folder Activity tile—
- clicking on a folder row takes user to the view page listing more than completed surveys and should not list TeamScans, JobScan Models or pending invitations 🔲
- clicking on the folder row takes Platinum and Enterprise users to a listing of surveys filtered according to the contract date to today's date ✅
- clicking on the folder row takes Gold and Silver plans the date range will be a rolling 12 months from today's day ✅
- Representative dashboard tiles:
- Add Sales and This Account tabs rep user can easily move between the two types of information. For now, please toggle back to current version to see that information. ✅
- Usage graphic missing? Then there are no surveys processed in that account.
